WHEN WATER WAS WALKED ON
JESUS……
First I wanna thank you for creation and re-shapin history
the narrow path is hard to find, so thank you for your patience with me
satans shifty, mixin up the medicine to break you quickly
ain’t no mystery, with the Holy Spirit I can take you with me
“When Water Was Walked On”, the Father just watched on
proud of what His Son had done, but saw He was not done
the Purpose of His service was to verse us on the planets goals
...the only DNA great enough to save our damaged souls
it’s crazy how we blame the only one we know who really cares
but I think we only do it, cause we all know He’s really there
and still I’m scared, cause trust don’t come by easily
and the evil seems to equally have evened out the scenery
deceivin’ me...so I’m prayin that you come to break it
To say we’re livin’ in the devils playground is an understatement
Life is hard...and not about what you can gain from it
I’d rather suffer for your name,than celebrate away from it
it’s about a personal relationship, religion’s never saved a soul
rules will never change you, they’ll just angle you to take control
that’s satan’s goal...but Christ will always have you hoping
human nature’s got it’s limits, but our flesh is just another clothing
There’s certain things I’ll never understand when it’s so unfair
but you’re teaching me to take the things I do and shift my focus there
I won’t despair, cause I know the only thing I need
This world is a distraction, the attraction to our worldly greed
but no one can judge… we’ve all felt the sinner’s pains
and so this is just an outward display of an inner change
and in it’s claims... inner peace, so as I’m getting older
I’ll take any chance I can with Christ, to get a little closer
That’s the only time it makes sense, so I’m holdin on
to the moment, although I knew it all along
“When Water Was Walked On”, You changed it to make it hold
but now You baptize in the water, to change the soul !
